Hi Friend - I’m really excited & very honored that you’re here. I’m Rachel! 

Snail Days Club came as a result of me feeling behind. I rushed, I stopped doing the things I loved, I was being really hard on myself. None of it helped me catch up or feel better.

After hitting a burn out wall, I knew I needed a different way. I started by just trying to go outside more - a few minutes in the morning before work and occasionally I would see snails on my walk. Matching its pace even for a minute or two, I became more present. I heard birds chirping, looked at clouds, took deeper breaths.

& then we found out snails make complex decisions using only two brain cells!? And they became my personal mascot for finding simple ways to have more intention, joy & compassion in your life.
